Data collected
The contact form only collects the information you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, delivery country, business type, message and the list of selected products. Required fields are marked in the form.
To protect the form against abuse, an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for a maximum of 2 days and then deleted automatically. Your IP address is never stored in clear.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is only used to answer your request (quotation, private label, information) and for the resulting commercial follow-up. This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering the professionals who contact us. Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising by third parties.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the sales team of ACCORD SERVICES & CO. It passes through our technical service providers, who act only on our instructions: Amazon Web Services (hosting, form processing and email sending, in France) and Infomaniak (mailbox, in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection).
Retention period
Requests are kept for 3 years from our last exchange and then deleted, unless a business relationship is established.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to sales@accord-stationery.fr. We reply within one month.
